Sophia Loren is gorgeous and an absolute delight.
Marcello Mastrianni is the perfect foil.
this is one of those feel-good movies that freeze a smile on ones face throughout the story, and well after the film has ended. speaking of the ending, Sophia's strip-tease is the cherry on the icing. i finally understand what all the hoopla over her meant. a true star, a goddess of cinema. this one is a must see classic.
